Frequently ASKED QUESTIONS
How far in advance of my wedding should I book?
Most couples book at least 6 months in advance, others get in touch as soon as they’ve booked their wedding venue. I would say at least 6 months, but as soon as you know what style you’d like, would be my recommendation. So as to avoid disappointment. If you haven’t booked a venue yet, let me know as I may be able to help.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is extra and priced dependent on the location of your venue and size of your order. After you have submitted your quote cart, we will contact you to confirm. Once you are happy with your order, we will give you an idea of the delivery cost.
If I hire your props, will you set them up?
We are happy to set up the props you hire, but it will incur an extra cost of £12.50 per hour per stylist needed to set up. If you require help setting up, please let us know in the order notes, and we can let you know how much it will cost.
Do you have a minimum spend per order?
No, tho for smaller orders we may request that you collect. Or, if possible, we will use a courier.
