WEDDING STYLING SERVICES & PROP HIRE

DESIGN & STYLE

This is my most comprehensive service. You may feel you don’t know where to start, or overwhelmed with choices.

That’s where I come in. First, will will have a chat all about your wedding. Then I will create a styling plan for you. Your styling plan will include a mood board for every area of your wedding. During the months running up to your wedding, you will continue to have access to me. Therefore if there’s something you’d like me to find, I will look for it. It’s all part of the service.

When your big day finally arrives, my team and I will be there to set up and take down. As well as liaise with your venue to ensure everything goes to plan. You just turn up on your special day, ready to enjoy it. Prices start from £750.

INSPIRATION SESSIONS

Are you feeling overwhelmed with all the choices? Perhaps you love the style of The Elysian Styling Co. but your wedding is too far for us to travel to? If so, then this is the perfect service for you.

Inspirations sessions consist of a video call brainstorming with me to work through all the details of your wedding. I will then create a look book with a mood board for every area of your wedding. Thus helping to narrow down your theme, colour palette and style to something perfectly you. Price is £150.

PROP HIRE

Finally, wedding decor hire is the most basic service I offer. If you know exactly what you’d like to hire then this is for you. A few days before your wedding, we simply deliver the props and pick them up after your wedding. The hire period is 7 days, so you have plenty of time to for setting up, taking down and making sure it’s all in order. Once the party is over, just have the props ready for us to pick up after your wedding.

Once you’re ready, simply add the props you’d like to your wish list and submit. I will be in touch regarding availability and delivery/pick up dates and cost. The minimum hire is £500.

This service covers the design and style aspects of your contemporary wedding design and styling.

To begin with, a phone/video call to discuss ideas for your wedding design for one area of your wedding

Ideas and suggestions for items you could include in your decor from my collection

Bespoke design of one area of your wedding (usually the reception) in the form of a digital styling plan.

£500 worth of prop hire and stationery (see the wedding decor collection – floristry isn’t included in this package but can be added as an extra)

Finally, Set up, styling and take down

Ideas and suggestions for items you could include in your decor. As well as sourcing and research for items not in the collection

Bespoke design of your entire wedding in the form of a digital and paper copy styling plan.

As well as up to 2 x meetings at your wedding venue

Regular feedback via phone or email

A special gift for you and your partner

Including £2000 worth of prop hire, floristry and stationery (see the catalogue)

And finally, set up, styling and take down with a team of stylists

1 x meeting at your wedding venue

And finally, set up, styling and take down with a team of stylists

WEDDING

Once you’ve booked in your package, I will send you a questionnaire to learn more about you and your wedding. We will then arrange a video or phone call to discuss your wedding in further detail.

PINTEREST
COLLAB

Now that I have a good idea of what you’d like me to design, I’ll create a collaborative Pinterest board for us to collect inspiration. The board will be divided into the different sections we discussed in your call.

DESIGN &
TWEAK

The first glimpse you’ll get is your overview mood board. This will give a look at the colour palette I’ve pulled together, as well as some of the key ideas we discussed. Once approved, I will get to creating your styling plan.

FINISHING
TOUCHES

The styling plan can continue to change over time. If you decide you’d like something added, changed or further items sourced just let me know. Then about 6 weeks before your wedding, the plan will be finalised.

STYLING
TIME!

The week of your wedding is finally here! Now the work of making all the planning a reality truly begins. We will be busy preparing all the details, ready to be set up and meticulously styled for your special day.

To start, I’ll send you a questionnaire about you and your wedding. We’ll then book in a 90 minute call at a time that’s convenient to you. We will go through the questionairre and discuss in depth about your wedding and talk about ideas, colours, textures and style. After our call, I will put together a look book with a moodboard for each area of your wedding. Detailing everything you’ll need to create it. You can then either source the items yourself, hire them from my collection or even go on to book a full design package. I will then deduct the cost of the inspiration session from the package you choose. Click the image below to see example of one of my PDF look books:
